Pauline Kostura, 76, of Reading, passed away Tuesday, July 4th, at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab Center, Sinking Spring .
Pauline was born in Reading, Pa. on July 10, 1946, a daughter of the late Anna (Roscoe) and Peter Kostura.
She attended Muhlenberg High School, and Albright College, where she attained a BS in psychology. Pauline was a former teacher of 3rd & 4th grades in Ansonia, Conn., Rochester, NY., & Minersville.
She was formerly a sister of the Sisters Servant of Mary Immaculate
In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by Sisters; Dolores and Germaine Kostura.
Pauline is survived by a brother, Emil Kostura, an Aunt & Uncle, Joseph & Irene (Roscoe) Rada. Cousins including Cecelia Mennig.
A Visitation will be held 8:00 to 9:30 AM on Monday, July 10th at Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc. in Minersville
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, at Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Minersville, with Very Reverend Gregory J. Noga officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ss. Peter & Paul Memorial Fund.
Interment at Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic.
