Michael (Mike, aka Duffy) Molocznik (Hutsko), 96, of Scottsdale, Arizona, went home to heaven on January 24th, 2021. Mike was born in Cass twp. November 24, 1924, a son of Anastasia (Hocko) Molocznik and John Molocznik. He adored all his brothers and sisters. His mom passed early, and he was raised by his Aunt Mary and the rest of the loving, caring Hutsko Family of Minersville, PA. While in Minersville, Mike worked as a coal miner and then moved to NJ and worked at John’s Manville Asbestos Company in Manville for 1 year. He then entered the Navy in 1943 and was a decorated United States Navy Veteran during WWII and served honorably on the heavy cruiser, USS Baltimore during the war. Upon returning home, he joined Air Como, Inc where he spent the rest of his career (approx. 30+years) as an industrial equipment technician. Mike met the love of his life, Joan E. (Gilmore) Molocznik where they resided in Fords, NJ for approx. 51 years before moving to Scottsdale, AZ. Mike had a lot of loves. He loved his life, his wife, his children, all his brothers and sisters, all his nieces and nephews, his Naval Service, and sports (AZ Cardinals and NY Giants). He also loved hanging out at his beloved brother John’s, Town Baber Shop, in Westfield, NJ.
Mike is survived by his wife, Joan. His son Michael (fiancé Nancy). His grandchildren Edward A (Erin), Kevin (Megan), and Nicholas J, as well as his precious great granddaughter, Emma N. Molocznik. His daughter, Maryann Acuff (Jerry) and his grandson, Ryan. His “like a granddaughter”, Laura Acuff. His beloved nieces, Lorraine, Jane and Sue. His beloved brothers and sisters, Julie (Holige), Babe (Sullivan), Joe (Hutsko), Butch (Hutsko).
Mike was preceded in death by his dearly cherished brothers and sister, John (Molocznik), Annie (Cutler), Dizzy (Hutsko), Yuddy (Hutsko), Nicky (Hutsko), Mim (Hutsko), and his nephew John Peter (Molocznik).

A Catholic Burial service with Naval Military Honors will be held graveside at 11:00 am, Thursday, at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery
