Lisa Marie Melochick

Lisa Marie Melochick, 54, of Rehoboth Beach, formerly of Branchdale, passed away Friday, June 12th, with her daughter at her side, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia.

Lisa was born in Lebanon, Pa. on September 1, 1971. She was the daughter of Janice (Dankulich) and Gary Kent .

She was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Miller.

Lisa is survived by a daughter, Amber Melochick, Lisa is also survived by her parents, two brothers, James Shaak and David Shaak, as well as by Grandson, Levi Boyer, and Nieces & nephews.
