Obituary

John F. (Jack) Heffron, 80, of Minersville, passed away Monday, June 20th, at his home. Jack was born in Heckscherville on November 23, 1941, a son of the late Mary (Samilo) and Joseph Heffron. He was the husband of Jo Anne (Leitzel) Heffron. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a former Heavy Equipment operator. A member of the former American Legion Post #544. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Grandson Tyler Dronick, Brothers, Harry & James Heffron. Jack is survived by his wife, Jo, three daughters, Melissa Harner, Jenna Harner Becker, and Erin Heffron. A son, Ryan Heffron, and by a sister, Cele Brown. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Will & Grace Thompson, Mason & Lily Heffron, Jackson Becker, Parker Longo, Sisters-in-law Georgine Heffron & Cele Heffron. All Services are Private. Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville entrusted with the arrangements.
