George Francis Graeff

George F. Graeff, 77, of Newtown, passed away Tuesday, March 9th, at his home. George was born in Pottsville, Pa. on April 16, 1943, a son of the late Anna (Koroly) and William Graeff Sr. He was the husband of Linda A (Blamey) Graeff for 50 years. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired Machinist employed at Guilford Mills, Pine Grove. George was a member of Newtown Fire Co., Newtown Fish & Game and the Trails End Hunting Club. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, H. Thomas Graeff. George is survived by his wife, Linda, two sons, Eric J. Graeff and Brian G. Graeff, as well as a granddaughter, Izabella. George is also survived by two brothers, John Graeff and William Graeff, nieces and nephews. A private Interment with Military Honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A special thank you to Advantage Home Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of George.
